Reservation/Cancellation
Both reservations and cancellations must be done in written form. In case of an early departure and missed meals, there are no refunds and no discounts.

Our guests have free access to our Wi-Fi network in the entrance area and in the hotel rooms.
Accessibility
It is important to us that everybody can spend their holidays at the Platzlhof. For this reason, two of our rooms are fully accessible for people with impairments. The entrance and restaurant area is completely level, and a lift will take you to your desired floor. Regretfully, the wellness area can only be reached by stairs ...

Wellness Platzl – Our Wellness area
Our wellness oasis features a jacuzzi with three different side and bottom jets, a steam bath with coloured light therapy, a brine bath with starlit sky, a sanarium, a Finnish sauna, and a spacious relaxation area (indoors and outdoors) which we made new in december 2015
